Grants High School Scholarship to Angono Students

Concrete Aggregates Corporation (CAC), recently awarded high school scholarship grants to students of Angono, Rizal as part of its Social Development and Management Program. In cooperation with the local government of Angono, thru Mayor Aurora Villamayor (seated 4th from left), CAC thru its General Manager, Mr. Emmanuel A. Rapadas (seated 3rd from left) signs a Memorandum of Agreement with parents of the students in a simple ceremony held at the company's Angono office. Also present are Engr.
